These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our online platform and the services we provide, which include premium interior and exterior detailing, paint correction and ceramic coating, leather treatment and restoration, engine bay detailing, headlamp restoration, paint protection film application, odour elimination, and express washes. By accessing this website and engaging with our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. 1. Services Provided
Osprey Detail offers a comprehensive range of automotive detailing and preservation services. While we strive for perfection in every service, the final outcome may vary based on the initial condition of the vehicle, the age of the materials, and other contributing factors. We commit to using industry-leading products and techniques to achieve the best possible results. Specific service details, pricing, and estimated completion times will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencing any work.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
- Booking: All services require an appointment. Appointments can be scheduled via our online platform, phone, or in person at our facility.
- Confirmation: An appointment is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation from Osprey Detail.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit made.
- No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be subject to a no-show fee and may be required to place a deposit for future bookings.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Quoted Prices: Prices for our services are provided upon consultation and may vary based on the vehicle's size, condition, and the specific services requested. All quotes are valid for a specified period.
- Additional Charges: Any additional work or services requested beyond the initially agreed-upon scope will incur extra charges, which will be communicated and approved by the client before execution.
- Payment: Full payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, which will be specified at our facility.
- Deposits: For certain services or high-value bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the appointment. This will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
4. Vehicle Condition and Valuables
Prior to any detailing work, the client is responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from their vehicle. Osprey Detail will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle. Clients are also encouraged to inform our staff of any pre-existing damages, modifications, or delicate areas on the vehicle to ensure appropriate care and avoid further damage.
5. Limitations of Liability
- Osprey Detail will exercise reasonable care and skill in the provision of all services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear that may become more apparent after cleaning, correction, or application of treatments.
- In the event of any damage caused directly by our negligence during the service, our liability shall be limited to the cost of rectifying such damage to the affected area or component, up to the value of the service provided.
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Warranty and Aftercare
- Ceramic Coatings and PPF: Specific warranties apply to ceramic coatings and paint protection film applications, details of which will be provided upon service completion and adherence to recommended aftercare instructions.
- General Services: While we aim for enduring results, the longevity of general detailing services depends significantly on the client's subsequent vehicle usage and maintenance. We offer guidance on aftercare to help maintain the condition of your vehicle.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
